It depends on the style! If you see a "Custom Size" option on the product page, that dress is available for custom sizing. Simply select it and enter your measurements at checkout.
If no "Custom Size" option is listed, that particular style is only available in our standard sizes.

If you forgot to select expedited shipping when placing your order, contact our customer support team as soon as possible and we'll help you arrange it by paying the difference.
All the orders are made to order. The dress-making time is about 7-10 business days, and the shipping time is about 3-5 business days. If you need a dress urgently, please send us the dress link, your size, your country, and when is your date. We will let you know whether we can make it in time!

Returns & Refunds
Return request must be sent to us within 7 days of the order package arrived. Please check when you signed for your parcel before posting. We are sure 7 days is enough to make sure the item is fit or not, need or not. Returns that are late because you were away on holiday or your event was cancelled will be refused -no exceptions.
