Within 7 Days of Purchase
You may cancel your order within 7 days of placing it and receive a full refund (100%).

After 7 Days of Purchase
If you cancel your order after 7 days, we will issue an 80% refund of the total order amount.
The remaining 20% covers costs already incurred, including:
- Fabric and raw materials
- Labor and production preparation
- Processing and handling fees
Once production has progressed significantly or the order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be available.
We kindly ask for your understanding, as many of our dresses are made-to-order and require dedicated materials and craftsmanship.
